Our business mapping approach provides visual assess to the competition in your industry. You will learn to create coherent and forceful strategies for your future with counter strategies and goals for creating market opportunity. The course also provides opportunity to apply these concepts to a strategic plan at the workshop.

The A, B.C’s of knowing what your competitors are doing and how to use this to your advantage is a hands-on workshop with a tangible outcome in helping you know your competitors and to adjust your strategies accordingly.

Our approach is fully hands-on so attendees complete the day with a completed business plan and includes 2 one-on-one coaching sessions.

Seating is limited to the first 15 participants.

Duration: Half Day (9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (3 ½ Hours).  
Price: $125.00(Exclusive).

Participants need to bring along their own laptops. A laptop can also be provided (limited number available).

The course includes the following for each PARTICIPANT:

Morning and afternoon teas and a light lunch.

Mindlogik Mapping Kit comprising the following:

  1. Course Manual and Electronic resources – course maps, giveaways, etc.
  2. Post-course follow up after the workshop
